When it comes to a security concern, Google provides options to all users to flag abuse, impersonation, low-quality content, or when you see anything odd in the people’s card. Anyway, there is a combination of human reviews and automated techniques to flag the violating contents, to prevent fake people cards, only one card is allowed per Google Account.

To make your profile visible easily, you have to provide more information to the People Card. The company claimed that it has put many measures to prevent the misuse of the new feature. Lauren Clark, the product manager Google Search wrote in a blog post “We have a number mechanisms to protect against abusive or spammy content, and if you come across low-quality information or a card that you believe was created by an impersonator, you can tap the feedback link to let us know”, she also added that people card can also be deleted when a person no longer wants it to be displayed.

This feature is the latest step of Google to reduce the people’s need for other services, it somehow targets LinkedIn, but a person cannot get connected to others. The Product Manager Lauren Clark said “For millions of influencers, entrepreneurs, prospective employees, self-employed individuals, freelancers, or anyone else out there who wants to be discovered, we hope this new feature will help the world find them. For people in India searching on mobile phones, people cards are rolling out in English starting today”.
